Toontown Rewritten's newest update sets the bar high with a fun limited time event for players new and old.

Redwood City, California – May 21, 2019 – Toontown Rewritten invites Toons far and wide to stop the Cogs’ latest scheme with "Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters" -- a limited time event running until May 31, 2019 at 11:59 (PST). Players can join the event with brand new ToonTasks, rare rewards, and a complete revamp of the Cashbot Headquarters area.

New and veteran players alike can take part in this new, action-packed side adventure in the Tooniverse. As seen in the official short that came with it, the Toon Resistance has infiltrated Cashbot Headquarters and turned the boring shipping yard into a wacky area to explore with all of the silliness you’d expect from an attack operation led by Toons.

The folks at Toontown Rewritten have made sure to include a plethora of unique prizes for those that take part in the Operation. Between earning double experience points and unlocking exclusive items, there’s never been a better time to create an account and jump into Toontown!

Thanks to the volunteer team who offers up their time and money to keep the game running, players are able to enjoy all of the content that Toontown has to offer any form of subscriptions or microtransactions -- a stark difference from the $10/month subscription that was previously required to play most of Disney’s Toontown Online.

Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters sets the bar high for future updates and acts as a testament to the lengths the Toontown Rewritten team will go to exceed player expectations and deliver content that is true to Disney’s original vision for the game.

The update is now available to play for free on Toontown Rewritten until May 31st. Check out the full list of features and official short at toon.town/crashcashbot.
